Glispa and Mobfox's 
#FreshStartFeb

You know how those pesky New Year’s resolution never seem to stick? Well, what if you got a reset button? Enter #FreshStartFeb, a global initiative I created in all nine of Glispa and Mobfox’s offices.

With Glispa’s acquisition of Mobfox, it meant that there would be 70+ people joining the company, many of which were in cities where we didn’t have existing offices. In an effort to not only connect all the teams, but to cement in the company’s value of a healthy and balanced life, I developed the idea around a month dedicated to health and wellness. We wanted to give everyone an opportunity to recommit to themselves while also creating a collective experience.

In every office, a Marie-Kondo inspired clean up took place the first day of the month, giving everyone an opportunity to really have clean slate (and desk)!

In addition to having events that every event took part in - each office then had the opportunity to do events that were more relevant and/or significant to their office. For example: in Athens they went on a hike.

It also did amazing on social! It helped showcase the company’s values and personality - making for a great employer branding initiative.

The result: over the month - without any additional budgets for programming - we received feedback from each office of how they felt closer to another and to the other offices. Despite being in different parts of the world, knowing that every one of their colleagues was pushing forth on the same healthy living goals gave them a better sense of pride to have Glispa/Mobfox as their employer.
